However, paying for use of the trail is well worth it.  It ensures you get well-maintained trails, mud pits and water areas, along with views that can’t be beat.  With nearly 500 acres of terrain, you are sure to find some fun- no matter what you are riding.

Apple Valley Offroad –

Unlike many offroad areas in Wisconsin, Apple Valley must be reserved and is only open on specific dates. However, it is a trail to include on your ATV Bucket List. With 5 major trails that skirt around tight curves, up and over steep hills, rock ledges and numerous other obstacles, these trails are not for the faint of heart.

Burnet County ATV Trail –

Spanning 49-miles between Danbury and St. Croix Trestle Bridge, this trail is a great trip for those who are newer to the sport. Along the way, there are many other trails which head into the 6,450-acre Barrens State Wildlife Area that you will want to check out.

Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail –

Looking for a long trail that gives you a view of the state? Then this is for you. Stretching from the Wisconsin- Illinois border all the way to Lake Superior in the northern region, this 600-mile UTV trail is worth the vacation days. The trail is not significantly difficult, but offers winding roads, the occasional narrow point- but is still wide enough for a jeep, muddy areas, paved areas, gravel, and even some river crossings.
